Good morning and welcome to Day 6 of 31 Days of Resolutions!
Y’all, I’m gonna be real with you- this is going to be a really hard day for me. I am totally aware that I have a sugar addiction. But I’m also aware of the negative effects that a high-sugar diet can have on my body.
Today’s Resolution is not about deprivation, it’s about awareness. Use today to realize how many things you’re consuming on a regular basis that have sugar in them. Once we realize just how much sugar we’re consuming throughout the day, we can start to find alternatives when possible.
